Deductions from the current Hammacher Schlemmer catalogue and some serious scientific info have cured my sleeplessness and wake ups in the middle of the night–so far.
It turns out that lying under weight like a folded heavy blanket triggers the body to AAA! sleep. I fall asleep faster and stay asleep and if I get up to pee in the middle of the night, the blanket weight and some breathing exercises put me back to sleep.
It’s only been three nights so I will have to wait and see, but still.
